Privacy & consent
How we handle clinic and patient information.
Plain-language answers about what we collect, how consent works, and what control you and your patients have.
Who this page is for
This page is maintained by Alenti Systems to answer common privacy and consent questions about our patient conversion system for dental clinics. It describes our own practices and is not an independent certification or audit.
Information we collect
Clinic contact details you submit through our demo request form: clinic name, your name, work email, optional phone number and any notes you choose to add.
Account information for partner clinics: the email address used to sign in and the clinic workspace it belongs to.
Patient conversation data processed on behalf of a partner clinic: caller name, phone number, stated reason for contact, availability, insurance provider if given, and the message thread.
How we use it
Demo request details are used only to contact you about Alenti Systems and to prepare your walkthrough. We do not sell your information or add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Patient conversation data is processed to respond to enquiries, gather booking details and pass qualified requests to the clinic's team. The clinic remains responsible for the patient relationship and for its own record-keeping obligations.
Consent and SMS
When you submit our demo form you consent to being contacted by email, phone or SMS about Alenti Systems. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a message or emailing us.
Automated patient messaging is sent on behalf of the clinic in response to an inbound call or website enquiry, identifies the clinic, and includes an opt-out. Patients can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
Access and security
Clinic dashboards require an account created by Alenti Systems. Access rules are enforced on our backend so a signed-in clinic user can only see records belonging to their own clinic.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our hosting and database providers. We limit internal access to the people who need it to operate and support the service.
Retention and deletion
Demo request details are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Patient conversation data is retained for the partner clinic while the clinic uses the service, and is deleted on the clinic's instruction or after the engagement ends.
Your privacy requests
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Patients should contact their dental clinic first, as the clinic decides what happens to its patient records; we support clinics in fulfilling those requests.
